Hi. My name is Cloud Strife, or at least that's what I call myself on the net. This site is dedicated to all the FF games released in the UK (which is where I live), mainly on FF7. It also contains some pics from DBZ and Gundam Wing, my two favourite animes. Come here to rad up on FF7, have fun, post comments in my Guestbook and mainly enjoy yourself. Later People. Story: Shinra, the leading company in the fuel department. Popular with almost everyone. Every one, but the people who know the truth. A rebel group known as AVALANCHE wish to stop Shinra, as they know that Shinra is destroying the planet. They hire Cloud Strife, a cold hearted Ex-Soldier, and soon end up chasing after a lunatic named Sephiroth, who wishes to become a God... Site News: Date: 2/9/2002: FINALLY! I was able to get the Homestead editer open. Homestead has taken so long to load, I couldn't be bothered to edit my site (plus, I'm working on a new site using the GW files from the old SAPO). Anyway, I've finally got the editor open again, so I will continue to work on my site - as well as the new one. I need to make a few changes to the Links page, then I'll continue working on the other pages. Fan Fiction Fans of my fan fic will be pleased to hear that I'm working on a sequal. The first three chapters have been written, and can be viewed at Baron Online Forums. Also, GuestBook Story #4 will soon be finished. Old News Lack of Updates It isn't becuase i don't wana update - I wana finish this site, it's becuase of Homestead (and lack of time). If you've ever used Homestead, then you'll know that it doesn't always load, which makes it kinda hard for me to update the site. Anyway, glad I got that off my chest. Next Update Account 4 - Materia, WEAPON Monsters and Rumors is the next page to be updated with the new look. However, all three pages are unfinished... Oh great! SO Mod (finally)! Just some unrelated news - I've now been made a mod at Shinra Online (SO). Finally, the Turks realise that I would make a good mod 8^). I'm also Administrator for FFMS (Final Fantasy Main Square), and Moderator at UK Dragonball. *Phew* I bet you're wondering when I sleep aren't you? New stuff OK, this is slightly off topic, but what the hey. ^_^ PsychoSquall at SO (Shinra Online) made me a few stuff - a new Tag (Sig Banner), Avatar and more importantly a Link Banner for my site. If you have a link to my site, feel free to use the link banner (that's what I made it for). I hope to add it to the links page within the next few days (don't quote me on that). He has recently made me some more decent avatars. If you want a custom avatar, I recommend contacting him as his work is excellent. Tag: Avatars: Site Banner: Chocobo Guide Finished I finished it yesterday, after putting it off for ages. Feel free to check it out. Music news I started the new Music Page last week. So far, it contains only foru tunes but I hope to add more over the next few days. However, there is some sad news. For reasons unknown to me, the music on each page doesn't seem to be working. Something has gone wrong, preventing the music from loading properly. Fortunatly, all the tunes on each page will be placed on the Music Page (some time soon). I will however be foreced to deleted each tune from each page. Such a shame. 8^( Links + Character Bios to become one; New Page on way I plan to merge these two pages together. I think it would be better to put them together. As for the new page, well my current plan is: Cloud vs Squall vs Zidane, but I may change it at a later date. In this page, I'll cover each charater's strength and weakness. by this I mean: What abilities they can ue; Basic stats (e.g. Fighter, Magic user etc.) Trance/Limit moves etc. Although Cloud is my favourite, I will try and be as un-bias as I can. Until I get around to merging the two pages, Limit Break will still be in my Site Navigation Bar Old News Form: 11/11/2001 Major Site Change First of all, as you can plainly see I have ditched the Yellow + White Comic Sans MS and Black FF Logo background I once had in favour of this. PLease feel free to make any comments about the new look in the GB. I'm also going to change the layout of the links bar. I plan to bring back the page "FF8 Character Bio" some time soon. Some people may remember "FF9 RockS", the sister site. I plan to merge that site with this one, providing a FF9 Review and Character bio. Please understand that this is gona tae a long time, as well as changing the layout of the site. Music Page: This was suggested to me by a member of the Final Fantasy Main Square Fourm. It will be replacing the page Site/FF Q&A, which I frankly feel is pointless. It should include all the music I have placed in the site and some more. I also hope to include add some images (mainly DBZ and GW) to Animated Gifs, which is now going to be called Image Page. Despite the fact that there is a link for the page, an actual page isn't up and running yet. Overlapping Problem: A while ago, I had someone complain about the overlapping over text and images, or as I used to call it - merge. I would like to point out that for some reason, gaps in the editor are larger than the ones that appier on the page. Don't ask me why, but it happens, but it does. Basically, what I'm saying is even if I give it a big enough space in the editor, the space will close up slightly. Sorry for any problems this may cause. Note: This site is designed for people who have completed FF7. If you are new to FF7, you can still enjoy this site, but you must understand - some of these pages may/will contain spoilers.
